Refined UI for enhanced visibility and ease of use
The GMDSS-compliant NX900 NAVTEX Receiver automatically receives, displays, and sends critical data to navigation equipment such as ECDIS, including navigational and meteorological warnings, search and rescue (SAR) information, and more. A new 5.7” color LCD with a wide viewing angle enhances visibility in all conditions, and its simple, user-friendly UI ensures all important messages are clearly highlighted on the display. The improved sensitivity of the NX900 ensures clear message reception.
Redesigned with new look and improved capabilities
The NX900's dual IN/OUT serial ports along with a LAN port improves the unit's connectivity. The ability to connect via Ethernet makes interfacing the unit with the ECDIS simple, and safety messages along with critical georeferenced information can be displayed right on the chart, enhancing safety as well as efficient bridge management.
A highly demanded self-test function ensures the unit is fit for operation, enhancing and simplifying the vessel's maintenance and inspection needs. The optional PP900 External Printer allows the NX900 to be tailored to fit any bridge installation requirements.
