The WR2120 is an advanced Dual-Polarization Weather Radar designed for high-precision precipitation observation and classification. Engineered for compactness, ease of use, and dependable performance, it is ideal for applications where accurate weather data and flexible installation are essential. With 100-240V worldwide voltage flexibility and low 200-watt power consumption, the WR2120 requires only a standard wall outlet, making it compatible with virtually all installation environments.

Advanced Weather Radar Features

The WR2120 incorporates dual-polarization technology, providing particle classification for rain, hail, snow, and other particulates in the atmosphere by analyzing multiple data points, including echo strength and phase difference. This technology also recovers signal loss and attenuation caused by heavy rain, resulting in precise rainfall measurement. Additional features include high-resolution data output, such as Zh and Zdr for determining particle intensity and precipitation type, as well as 3D scanning to analyze the vertical structure of weather systems like cumulonimbus clouds. Kdp together with φdp data are used to recover signal loss and attenuation. Despite its advanced features, the WR2120 is easy to install thanks to its compact size (ø1m, 65 kg), standard power compatibility, and no need for heavy equipment.
